Founded in 1963, The Hong Kong Standards and Testing Centre Ltd (STC) is the first independent, not-for-profit testing laboratory and inspection agency in Hong Kong. Today, STC is a full-service testing, inspection, certification and consultancy institute operating in China and overseas servicing a wide range of industries.

STC provides safety and reliability tests on toys, children's products, gifts and premiums in accordance with major international standards and regulations. Our test reports and certificates are widely accepted as we have accreditation from HOKLAS, CNACL, DAR and JTA on specific test items.
